Rest between MRs - Hakan Çelik - 11-26-2014

Yes Scott you are right that I have customised IC by divided it three. But it was made to the letter in original FT per first three weeks.

We all have some priorities/handicaps by our jobs and families. Sometimes life pushes you to make your best effort in a given time. But I always keep it in my mind your words : this is long journey and it won't be happen a night over.

Yesterday I completed second blast day one and two. I felt more powerful and amazing that. I have read all the posts in your forum and read it your book again.

In second blast I plan to keep it workout as you describe in FT say six weeks by manipulating the tiers according to my progress.

By the way I'm Turkish and if misspelled my English sorry for that in advance.

All the best
