I am a national level competitor who has tried many different systems. I have done DC ---mountains dog---Y3T. So far it's a lot different than anything I have followed so far. Knowing the background of Dr. Scott Stevenson---it made even more sense. I'm not one to post a lot--I just mostly read. I just wanted to let Thanks for posting, man! Squeeze everything out of that tier that you can! THere's an advanced competitor over in the UK who goes by Johnny Napalm who has been using Tier I almost exclusively for his prep for the Brits this weekend. Anything more would do him in: Practice run shots on page 20. | MuscleTalk Bodybuilding Forum (10-02-2015, 04:04 PM)makster Wrote: This has been one of the most enjoyable programs I've used over the years. It's difficult and rewarding. I'm an old guy at 59, but am making progress. AWESOME!!!! The old dog's still got some bark in him!!! -S RE: Anyone else just having a lot more FUN? - marcheoucreve - 10-05-2015 Excellent program indeed. The very best part for me are the Muscle Rounds and the Extreme Streches. Those are brutals! I'm in a 3 day a week routine and can't wait for the Muscle Rounds day, every week Anyone else just having a lot more FUN? - Apexpf - 11-04-2015 Loving it so far- like he been said- everything you'd want from a training plan, all rolled into 1 week. Question to the OP- trying to find podcasts with Scott as a guest but struggling to find many/ any- could you point me in the right direction? Many thanks RE: Anyone else just having a lot more FUN? - Scott Stevenson - 11-04-2015 (11-04-2015, 06:56 PM)Apexpf Wrote: Loving it so far- like he been said- everything you'd want from a training plan, all rolled into 1 week. I've got a busy morning, but I should really compile this, TBH. I think Ive got about a 8-10 of them in the past couple years, maybe. Again, so glad you dig the program, man. -S Anyone else just having a lot more FUN? - Apexpf - 11-05-2015 Brilliant- thanks so much mate. Currently listening to the interview you did with Chris Dufey- your take on nutrition is very similar to CBL (DH Keifer), something I've naturally done on and off for a while now. Yeah, the interesting thing there is that Keifer did a GREAT job of making CBL seem like it was something new to some degree, whereas bodybuilders had been used that approach for many years (well over a decade) before he came on the scene. This cycle of re-invention happens with many things, I've seen, to some degree. (Truly novel ideas are pretty rare...) -S Anyone else just having a lot more FUN? - Apexpf - 11-06-2015 Yeh for sure. Kiefer did a great job of wrapping it up nicely and packaging it as something revolutionary (not a dig at him as I actually find Kiefer very good to listen to). It's always seemingly made sense to me Though- and although I understand that energy balance and macros is more so key to composition goals, timing the carbs this kind of way always 'felt' better. No fatigue, better recovery and sleep, better mood etc RE: Anyone else just having a lot more FUN? - Scott Stevenson - 11-06-2015 (11-06-2015, 06:48 PM)Apexpf Wrote: Yeh for sure. I remember when it first came out and I didn't even pay attention. To me, it would have been a bit like someone saying, "Revolutionary way to create a muscular physique! Pick up heavy things but put them down again and repeat this over and over, with heavier and heavier stuff!!!" -S |
