That would be on the shorter end of things...

What kinds of loads (weights) are you using?... (It takes me nearly ½ that time just to get warmed up for my thigh loading sets.)

What stretch types did you use?...

I think it all comes down to how much you warm up. I have a few times been in a hurry and completed a tier 1 day 1 in 30-40 minutes, but that will also be with only like 1-2 warm up sets per muscle and none for the pump sets.
But with proper warm up I reckon a good workout takes around 50-60 minutes for a tier 1 day 1.
