I have a few times been in a hurry and completed a tier 1 day 1 in 30-40 minutes, but that will also be with only like 1-2 warm up sets per muscle and none for the pump sets. But with proper warm up I reckon a good workout takes around 50-60 minutes for a tier 1 day 1. |
