Just off the back of this thread as it's on pump sets...
Pumpsets are superseted Chest/Back, shoulders/abs, so where does the stretching fit into this?
Is it chest/stretch, back/stretch or do you stretch both muscle groups after the superset?

I stretch both after the complete super set. So for Tier 2 I'll go Back / Chest ; Back / Chest ; Stretch Back / Stretch Chest. Move to shoulders.

It's not a superset if you break it up with a stretch in between the sets. Smile
