RE: Science of pump sets - jared - 04-07-2016 Just off the back of this thread as it's on pump sets... Pumpsets are superseted Chest/Back, shoulders/abs, so where does the stretching fit into this? Is it chest/stretch, back/stretch or do you stretch both muscle groups after the superset?
