Hello,
I have the fortitude training templates that can be printed out, but are they available in Excel format anywhere? I would like to keep a history of my workout progression electronically. I figured I would ask before I start making them myself.

I've seen folks put those up various places, but I've not kept track of where.
(You can probably copy and paste the text right into a spreadsheet and get have it line up pretty well in the cells, I'd guess.)
