Turbo Tier 1 - part of program cut out - urogenitalsubsection - 06-16-2018 Hey quick question. So on my copy of the book, part of the program is cut out for the turbo section. For day 4 (upper focus MR), it says thigh (h - and then cuts out. I'm wondering what is cut out, is it supposed to be a thigh muscle round, or a hamstring or quad Mr, etc. I attached a pic of what I'm talking about. Thanks! (It's a parenthetical recommendation, but not set in stone. As you can see, there is even more flexibility in exercise choice with the Turvbo version.) I think I corrected that issue, though, as this is what comes across in the book now: [attachment=1580] -S RE: Turbo Tier 1 - part of program cut out - urogenitalsubsection - 06-16-2018 (06-16-2018, 02:53 AM)Scott Stevenson Wrote: H for Ham emphasis (based on exercise selection), as typically hamstrings probably need to be be brought up more so than quads for most individuals. It might just be the way I'm reading the book that caused that issue (ebook reader on my phone). (Man, I can't imagine trying to read the book on a phone, but I have lots of folks who download on their food and run into issues... ) -S |
