Carbs splits through the day - TheOtherOne55 - 04-24-2019

To Scott or anyone that has successfully mastered their Fortitude diet, when you are really up there in carbs (500-800g) how are you breaking your carbs down PWO.

Is it better to limit my carbs to just PWO and maybe 1 more meal?
For instance 100g Intra, 300g PWO, 200g PPWO then switch to pro/fat.

If you're putting all your carbs peri-WO, then you'll have to fit them according to your appetite, to some degree. With that amount, you're going to have so much food coming in that timing of those meals (shifting carbs across them) really is immaterial: It's a matter of getting them in as best you can in the time you post-WO.
