men's physique and fortitude training - brenoshev - 04-07-2022

hello scoot, my name is Breno and i am an amateur brazilian bodybuilder currently in the mens physique category. In the last year I've been using DC training , I've had good results in general gains but I think I need to develop some category specific muscles in this next bulk. I think for this purpose fortitude training may be more viable than DC. I noticed that the "no show no go" program would fit my goals.
Considering this program I have two questions for you.

1- how should I train my legs just to keep them in size without growing more?

2- I have a deficiency in the upper trapezius musculature while I have good mid and lower traps. How can I try to improve them?

Hi Breno, as I’ve read your post I might as well chuck in the first two thoughts that come to my mind having done plenty of fortitude training:

1) Train legs using volume tier 1.

2) Ensure there are upper trap focussed back thickness exercises in your selection. For example, you could use a variety of shrugs for your back thickness muscle rounds.

Lots of other possible answers, but there’s my short and sweet version that I think would help with the specific questions you asked.
