First Go With Fortitude - Fireguy10720 - 02-22-2015 Tomorrow I'll start fortitude. Basic 3 day tier 1 to start. Here's what I have. Load sets: Back thickness- B.B. row x1 Back width- Wide grip pulldown x1 Chest- D.B. flat press x1 Delts- Behind neck press x1 Pump sets: Thigh - Selectorized leg press x1 Quad - Leg Ext. x1 Calf - 45degree toe press So I'll do a few warm-ups for back, then 1 all out set of each. Warm-up for chest then 1 all out set. Same for delts. Then 1 superset for lower hitting each exercise once, probably warm up a few first. Then done.. Look like I'm on the right track? Any suggestions much appreciated!! RE: First Go With Fortitude - Altamir - 02-22-2015 (02-22-2015, 08:17 AM)Fireguy10720 Wrote: Tomorrow I'll start fortitude. Looks good man. Good luck and have fun. For me personally I don"t warm up pump sets. Weight is light enough where it would be a warm up. And once you get to tier 2 for upper pump sets it'd take forever to get through if you warmed up everything . Really kill your superset "flow". Your experience may vary though RE: First Go With Fortitude - Fireguy10720 - 02-22-2015 (02-22-2015, 09:34 AM)Altamir Wrote: Looks good man. Good luck and have fun.
