Question on Load Sets - xlg123 - 07-12-2015 I am starting Tier 2 Basic and have a quick question. On Day two for chest, it says 3 sets are done (load sets). Just to make sure I am reading this right, to do three following Zig zagging would look like this: A w/o Incline BP (6-12) rest Flat DB Fly (6-Fail) rest Incline BP (6-F) Just making sure I only hit the flys once, and that is the basic setup. I guess the odd number of sets through me off. Thanks. E.
