Basic Version Question - bgd7030 - 07-25-2015

Hey everyone,

This is my first try at FT, so I have a question on the basic version, day 1.

In the pump section, it says "chest/back". Do I do 1 set of each or pick the weaker of the 2?

Today, I'll do both, since both are weak body parts on me!

Any help would be appreciated.

Tier I Basic Day 1 --> 1 Pump set each of Chest and Back (as a superset). Order is up to you.

Awesome, thanks Scott. My first workout was this morning and I really liked it! Looking forward to doing a few blasts going into contest prep this winter.
