Zig zagging in my gym - crn94 - 01-30-2017

Hey guys,

New to Fortitude Training, and had a question about potential exercise substitution...

My gym is laid out a little bit uniquely, in that all the stereotypically "bodybuilding" equipment is in a room in the front. In an attempt to keep them from scaring general patrons (one presumes Blush) they stuck the powerlifters and strongmen in a backroom which is down about a 50 foot hallway from the front one. Unfortunately, this is where all the heavy DBs, squat racks and barbells are.

Does anybody have any equipment substitution suggestions for the iso movement to zig zag into? I don't want to have to try to guard two machines at once which are in separate rooms. Thank you!

Hey Bud!

Run a search here on the forum. (I think I've covered this one 3-4 times now. Smile )
