Training Partners FT progress - DOWORK - 11-04-2017
Hey guys!
Just wanted to share some progress of my training partner who’s been making some great strides in his physique while using FT.
This is Ifbb pro Derek Okabayashi. He turned pro as a bantam weight at Nationals last year. Pic on the left is at the peak of his offseason prior to Nationals last year at around 175 lb and pic on the right is present.
He’s leaner and bigger at the same weight from last offseason. He is planning on making his pro debut next year at the Japan Pro in November 2018.
