Just a quick question ,I'm not running Ft atm
I'm push pull split , v low volume , I suppose close to DC
Any way iv pushed kals pretty high , close to 5000
Now iv Kept cardio in a 4x week 35 mins
I'm struggling to eat tbh lol but the scales haven't moved to much in the last 2 weeks
So would you look to drop cardio here before adding more food if your struggling to eat , iv no problem adding more food , just like to get diffrent opinions
