Firstly - are you struggling to eat more food or not?... You've "got no problem adding more food" but you're "struggling to eat."

Sorry for the confusion ,
So what I ment was , I am slightly struggling to eat , but I'd still push food more if I really had to.
I was just wondering in general , what your views were on either keeping energy levels higher and pushing calories , or lowering Energy expenditure , as that essentially could be a way to increase calories .
