I have used it. Seem to work fine. My dad was type 1 diabetic it was his go too. Right now my pre is 50g karboload ( it's only 25$ for 40+ serving) 25 powder gatorade. Two two scoops of whey isolate. creatine hcl glycerol 2 tbsp -Intra same except 1 isolate. 7g essential amino acid 7g leucine. 10 glutamate. Then another 100 carbs rice 5oz chicken post meal with a casin 35g and berries, dextrose 50g ( instant pudding mix sugar free) i haven't done this combo without slin yet. Do u? Hopefully it won't make me fat with so many carbs.
