Just a response to this but love the FT principles.

One question- Given the MR days, do you think to focus on bringing up certain upper body parts, you could do a 5 day split and have two upper body MR days, Eg MON and TUES Load/pump days, THURS/FRI/SAT MR round days, THURS and SAT being upper body, FRI lower body? Naturally, volume and the amount of MR's would be tempered (say full upper body THURS and focused on weak upper body parts SAT)?
