Most do and prefer the first option, but some do the second way for scheduling purposes (easier to do loading sets/zig-zagging in a less crowded gym on both weekend days). It's also possible that if you're running turbo you'd prefer a day off between MR days rather than loading, but again that comes down to personal preference. Keep in mind as well that you can reverse the order of upper/lower emphasis days.
