But I´m a bit unsure about my exercise selection and I was hoping for some feedback.
I´ve the following exercises thus far
THIGH

Pump: hipthrust, glute bridge, pull through
Muscle Rounds: reverse hyper, bulgarians, wide stance leg press, hipthrust
QUADS
Load: hack squat variations
Pump: walking lunge, leg extensions, sissy squat, goblet squat, step-ups
Muscle Rounds: walking lunge, leg extensions, sissy squat
HAMS
Load: SLDL variations, GHR, leg curl, good mornings
Pump: leg curl, back extension, SLDL
Muscle Rounds: leg curl
So... I hope you can help me telling if I´m on the right path
Lisa,
Thanks for staring this separate thread.
So, you're on the right path with including exercises for quads and hams that also hit the glutes, to get overlap. Well done there.
One thought, too, is that simply loading the living hell out of your glutes won't necessarily make them grow. Ensuring the right training dose so you can progressively overload is the ticket here, so fi, for instance, your glutes are always sore and not growing, there's a sign you've gone overboard.
Other notes:
-Walking lunges won't work well for MR's. You could do BB / Smith / DB lunches and do sets of 4 with each leg, alternatingly.
-You've still not quite asked a question specifically as to what you're unsure of. What is not clear to you or what are you thinking might not be a good choice, specifically?...
