Deep into growing season!
Sitting around 265 here. 4 weeks into my "supps" cruise and still getting stronger each week.
I've been focusing a bit more on hamstrings and it seems to be paying off little by little.
Also, started working with Dusty Hanshaw earlier in the year. I asked if he wanted to do anything different with my training after I sent him progress pics and the layout. His response was "Hell no!
