Thanks Scott. That is one of the goals for sure. Your book BYOBC has really been helpful as well. It's a great reference. The topics that have helped the most are related to diet/nutrition, nutrient timing, and the peri workout nutrition.

Again, thanks for sharing this information. I'm looking forward to updating you regarding my progress.
