Well I finally finished my first blast of Fortitude Training! 6 Weeks of outright hard work and pushing myself to the limit. By the time the 6 weeks were ending, I could definitely feel it was time, the overall soreness and fatigue was starting to hit after feeling super energized and well recovered for the first 5.5 weeks! I pushed through with those last two workouts, and I’m glad I did because they were great sessions! Every workout on this blast I managed to increase in weight, reps, or both on every single exercise! It just felt like everything came together perfectly! I’m forever a Fortitude Fanatic now! I went from 175 to 183, just tremendous gains for 6 weeks!
