I do like those - a lot - but what’s more important is that you do or don’t like them. They are a great choice for MR’s and PUmp sets, but even loading sets if you like (and need to manage Low back loading).
Yes the weight will be a LOT less than you could otherwise - which really suggests how much momentum is involved with a lot of rowing.
