FYI, I've got a small paywall here on the forum which was really the only way to be sure (I'm the webmaster, so skills are limited) to keep out the spam. Otherwise you'll have limited access unless you pick up the Fortitude Training e-book (which is $20 and gives you a lifetime of membership - as long as I'm at it).
I just wanted to let you know that. OTOH, this board is VERY slow and mainly here to just support folks who use my training system (FT), but I happily answer questions on whatever folks might ask. (Nonetheless the free Q n' A doesn't get used much...)
(Sorry the kind of sales pitch, but just wanted to clear that up in case everything wasn't making sense otherwise!)
