Hey Everyone! It’s been way too long since I’ve been on here. I had a question about the carnivore diet. There are a lot of stories about how this type of diet is reversing a lot of serious illnesses. I’m curious to how a diet like this is able to do that. I’ve tried the diet and lost a lot of performance in the gym, yet there are several people claiming elite performance on it. Just curious everyone’s thoughts?
