Modification to make FT work for me

Made an adjustment after first Turbo blast cycle (4 week) and

a cruise (1 week).

The blast I started recently will follow the basic format - still doing every other day, so each training week is 8 days.

Reasoning is that reducing the frequency will give more rest, and it seems that I can do a bit higher session volume, going from mostly tier 1 and sometimes 2, to doing mostly tier 2 and 3.

I also think its a bit easier to pay adequate attention to all parts of the physique with an upper and a lower day.
