I started adjusting my tiers this blast, which is my second.
first blast I did two weeks of tier 2, then went to tier 3 for four weeks.
The final week I was beat up a bit and really had to force the intensity level. So this time I did tier 1 for week one, then did tier 3 for weeks two and three. Then back to tier 2 for week four, I'll finish up with two weeks of tier 3. I'm just finishing up week four and feel the slight step back to tier 2 was perfect timing to allow me to truly hit it hard for the six week blast.
