Hi everyone, I just bought ft last night, as I'm changing my training and goals, I've trained for powerlifting and strongman for quite a few years with plenty of injuries between stopping progress and causing me to start from scratch quite often, so I've decided to try look like a bodybuilder, i switched to a standard bodybuilding program a few months ago but I'm not getting the results I want and it just doesn't feel like I'm training near my abilities, so for this reason I'm going to jump straight in with the 'family man plan' on tier 2, hopefully I've written my program out correctly and will see good results.
