Thinking about hoping back on fortitude and just maybe doing some unilateral exercises for legs, with the intent to progress every week for at least one blast, then maybe such to bi lateral after one blast.
Your thoughts or suggestions?
Any help on uni lateral thigh and quad exercises would also be greatly appreciated.
