Lunges / Romanian Split squats: BB, DB, Walking, Smith
Step ups with BB, DB
Unilateral leg press: Regular and side lying, feet low, feet high, feet wide.
Unilateral hack squat (if you can do them)
Unilateral inverted leg press on a smith machine
