Go to page 87 in the book. There you'll find all the details and examples about how to do Loading and Pump sets and Muscle rounds. It describes there how to choose what exercises to use.
Go to page 126 to find the "Family Man Plan." This is an example of a 3 day / week plan you can use as a guide for making your own program. The FMP is upper body focused, but you can adjust this by shifting training volume to lower body exercises.
