I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. With what I had in mind and all the excerises you've listed, I should be set on legs. The vert leg press done unilaterally sounds like a solid idea. I'm still curious about your thoughts of the Trap Bar for leg movements. If you were to personally use one where would you put it?
I personally haven't done those much, but I would do them with heels elevated and use it as a quad exercise.
