From my experience as prep coach, this is one of the best method/specialization I ever tried for myself. All the Fortitude's concepts are there to bring your target-muscles to a New level of grow and condition.
After some health issues I needed to gain a lot of muscles lost (my chest is never been a strong point) and so I give all my confindence to one of my best masters (Scott) I ever had and results after some weeks were fantastic.
