I just started setting up my FT-program, I am planning to start the Basic version Tier I after my contest.
But I´m a bit unsure about my exercise selection and I was hoping for some feedback.
I´ve the following exercises thus far
THIGH
Load: barbell sumo squat, wide stance leg press, sumo deadlifts, smith machine squat
Pump: hipthrust, glute bridge, pull through
Muscle Rounds: reverse hyper, bulgarians, wide stance leg press, hipthrust
QUADS
Load: hack squat variations
Pump: walking lunge, leg extensions, sissy squat, goblet squat, step-ups
Muscle Rounds: walking lunge, leg extensions, sissy squat
HAMS
Load: SLDL variations, GHR, leg curl, good mornings
Pump: leg curl, back extension, SLDL
Muscle Rounds: leg curl
So... I hope you can help me telling if I´m on the right path
