Greetings to Dr. Scott and all members,
Firstly, i would like to apologize if this question was posted and answered before. Sorry, I couldn't find it.
Does anybody have any experience in FT training with two training partners?
I am considering to start next blasting cycle with two buddies, but I'm not sure if this is a good idea.
How would I go about zig-zagging exercises with them without exceeding the recommended rest times between sets? It also seems that pump sets would be hard to execute this way, because the rest times are even shorter.
Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.
