Hey Guys,
I am curious any of you guys have abdominal bloating after finishing loading sets just before starting Pump Sets? It happens to me mostly after finishing Lower Body Loading Sets just before starting Upper Body Pump Sets.
Usually I start to feel abdominal bloat near the end of Lower Body Loading Sets which really prevents me to perform Upper Body Pump Sets properly.
I thought maybe it might be due to food which is not well digested and tried therefore on an empty stomach but same thing happens. I tried to switch Back Squats and every kind of workout which puts weight higher than your abdominal area e.g. switch to Lunges, Goblet Squats, Kettlebell RDLs, Bulgarian Split Squats etc. It helped significantly but it might be not so beneficial for muscle gain in the long run.
It might be due to high Cortisol in that particular time which might pull the water and blood into abdominal area which also affects pump feeling on Upper Body in a bad manner. If it is really Cortisol problem, do you think supplementing Ashwaganda some time before workout might help and what might be the right dosage for it?
Do you think whether it might be a good solution wait a little bit (15 - 30 min) after finishing Lower Body Loading sets or do you think decreasing volume might help? I am on Basic Version Tier 2.
Looking forward for some answers.
Thanks in advance
