I'v been following the fortitude training system since November and I m making great progress. I'v been sticking with the tier II, my body is responding well to tier 2 so I haven't bumped up to tier 3. I'v decided to start training for a show which is 12 weeks away, my question is do I stick with the fortitude training or go back to high intensity Dorian type training for contest prep. I guess I m just nervous bout only training 4 days a week compared to training 6 days a week, that's what I v done in previous prep. Any input would be great, thanks
