Do you have the following part quoted at the end ?

"For more suggestions on composing the ideal RS for your needs, and adding ingredients beyond just protein and carbohydrates, see “Building Your Recovery Supplement” on pg. 225. "

Yes, it's actually on page 224. (The editor is in charge of page numbers after the artilcle is pieced together. )

Yes, I do have a copy...

It's gonna be a tough find, but if you scroll up to the top post of this thread, there a <link> that you can click on to get the article as a .pdf.

So, I think that's the article you've already seen.

If you look - in that .pdf - there will be page numbered "224" upon which you will find the info you seek. Smile
