As a resistance tool sometimes I find the tension comes on very quick with bands and doesn't give a smooth increase and so I actually like chains for that more. I was the same way. Use the bands to help where the movement is tougher and help less at your strongest point. I have so many bands and chains I should really start using them in my workouts. |
