Mine showed up today! Love it! This is the same that my Accupuncture gal uses on me. Didn't know the name but the smell is undeniably it.
I actually love the smell[emoji1303]

Isn't there a line in a movie?

"I LOVE THE SMELL OF KWAN LOONG OIL IN THE MORNING!!!"

Update on my knee problem.

I took around 8 weeks off from training FT and went into a higher volume lower frequency program. So was only training legs 1 time a week.
I added the Kwang loong oil and did a lot of stretching. It seemed to help a bit, but didn´t solve the problem completely. Did a lot of cardio on a stationary bike.

After I went on a holiday in Thailand, where I got loads of massage, oil and Thai, trained legs light 2-3 times a week, didn´t train after a program or anything, just did whatever I wanted and when I wanted for 3 weeks holiday. Knee seemed a lot better, but my hip problem was the worst ever, I was limping all holiday, when sleeping I had to elevate my leg to sleep pain free.

Now I have been back on FT training style for 4 weeks and after 2 weeks the knee seemed to act up again, but my hip problem is completely gone, note it´s the left knee and right hip. I noticed as soon as I started squatting and I think also leg press, the hip problem was fixed.
Now I wanted to try to supplement my way out of this, bought glucosamin/cronodothin and cissus and It´s been not even a week into it and my knee feels the best it have in a very long time.

I will get time home soon and see a therapist that is licensed in massage, acupuncture and a lot of other things, she just started offering help to people with imbalances and hopefully she can help explain the hip/knee problem.

Congrats - sounds like you're nearly pain-free! (Take it slow - this can be the time some folks get greedy and do something that sets progress back. Smile )
