I first came across fortitude training back in 2017 and it is the most thought out program out there.
I injured my shoulder in September 2019 and have been struggling to work out properly since then which has been very bad mentally compared to being physically out of shape.
I have tried to do a lot of damage control over the past 6 months by utilising muscle rounds exclusively for all upper body days but my weight has slowly climbed up and I now sit at roughly 30% bf.
I have now had an MRI and will slowly but steadily try to claw my way back to pre injury strength levels and try to lose bodyfat in the process.
If any of you or Scott have any insights or advice, I would really appreciate it not just for myself but for anyone going through a similar situation. Thanks for reading my post and good day to all of you

Hi everyone,
Im 20 and have been training for the last 5 years. Many of those were focused towards powerlifting but I do enjoy bodybuilding style training more. I have done DC training and enjoyed it but missed training 4 days a week and hitting some smaller stuff like side and rear delts. I have done two successful fortitude blasts and plan to get back to it soon.

I'm Jeramey, I'm 26 - from Bloomington, IL. I've been training for 13 years. I initially began my competitive career in powerlifting before branching over into bodybuilding. I was fortunate enough to train on an elite powerlifting team along with under the guidance of Eddy Coan. I'm currently working towards my NASM certification so I can begin coaching at a local athlete training facility. I have recently began reading "Be Your Own Bodybuilding Coach" by Dr. Scott. He has been very generous in helping answer any question I have and he directed me to this forum. I'm excited to soak in the information on this board.
Much love to y'all
