Usual sets per exercises was 3 for a weak body part and 2 for a stronger one (aesthetics wise) also I was using intensity techniques like drop sets or rest pause on every set of my old workout.
Any advice would be great!

Are you switching to FT entirely or coming up with some kind of hybrid here?...
