The issue here is that you are (apparently, if your program is like DC) doing a weight training regime that may be low in terms of energy expenditure, work done, EPOC, etc, which would mean doing some cardio.

I'm soon to go back to FT , I just feel in my current situation a more DCish Approach has me gaining and keeping my Strenght .
