I'd like to know what you figured out too, or how its working for you. I tend to do a lot of the same stretches and should probably vary this a bit more.
I personally never see anyone stretching at my gym, meanwhile I'm cringing in agony with a thigh pump stretching my quads in the sissy squat position.
