LOL, I can try it, but I do not know what will be the result of my exposure
Most of my doubts were on the occlusion stretching. Flexibility stretch is pretty istinctive, and the loaded stretchis no new to my by my past DC experience.
The concept I did not understand was that of light isometric. Should I look for the maximum stretch possible or contract the muscle in the lengthened portion?
The example that comes to my mind is the calves: Do I seek for the maximum stretch by coming up to contract the tibialis' muscle to emphasize the stretch?
Or do I have to reach the maximum stretch portion and contract my calves intentionally in this position?
I think the answer is the second example
I still apologize for the form, but this is the maximum I can do in English. I hope it's understandable.
