Hey quick question. So on my copy of the book, part of the program is cut out for the turbo section. For day 4 (upper focus MR), it says thigh (h - and then cuts out. I'm wondering what is cut out, is it supposed to be a thigh muscle round, or a hamstring or quad Mr, etc. I attached a pic of what I'm talking about.
Thanks!

H for Ham emphasis (based on exercise selection), as typically hamstrings probably need to be be brought up more so than quads for most individuals. (It's a parenthetical recommendation, but not set in stone. As you can see, there is even more flexibility in exercise choice with the Turvbo version.)
I think I corrected that issue, though, as this is what comes across in the book now:

-S Thank you! It might just be the way I'm reading the book that caused that issue (ebook reader on my phone).

Sure!
Could be... (Man, I can't imagine trying to read the book on a phone, but I have lots of folks who download on their food and run into issues... )
