Man, I gotta say... these 5's are Brutal! Not yet converted over to FT (planning to start soon, after I finish up my current programming), but I was intrigued by this training technique. Did it today and it's intense! Thanks for sharing Scott!

Another good technique is made by Neil "yoda" and Flex Lewis called 3 way.

It's 10 full range of motion reps, 10 short reps (small reps at the most shortened muscle range), then 10 slow reps with a contract and pause at the most shortened muscle
