Hey everyone,
This is my first try at FT, so I have a question on the basic version, day 1.
In the pump section, it says "chest/back". Do I do 1 set of each or pick the weaker of the 2?
Today, I'll do both, since both are weak body parts on me!
Any help would be appreciated.
