Guys and gals.
This is SUCH a stupid question, but i need a hand. I have always done the 3 day FT split since starting FT.
This week for the first time i was going to start the 4 day plan. I going on working a 48 hour overtime shift at work, and will be at the gym tomorrow morning after work for the first day of muscle rounds.
I forgot to bring my tablet that i downloaded the FT book on and now i have no ideal how the two muscle round days are split as I've never done them this way.
Can somebody please help me.
