Hot Yoga and FT
#1
How many guys do hot yoga and FT?

I really want to get into hot yoga for general health and mobility but i still want to train my ass and be big and strong.

My Weekly Plan Looks like this:
FT Basic Tier 1 and 2 (based on recovery)
Monday- FT Day 1
tuesday- FT Day 2
Wednesday- Hot Yoga
Thursday-FT Day 3
Friday- FT Day 4
Saturday-Hot Yoga
Sunday- Rest Day

The Bottom line is i need to just see how bad the Hot Yoga impacts my recovery.

Just was hoping some of you guys had some experience with Yoga and Training combo.

Have you tried it at all?... (The heat stress is very demanding. )

Mark Dugdale does a good bit of bikram yoga (or was at once point) and I believe John M. tried it once and posted on FB that it kicked his butt. Smile

Traditional yoga has left me shaking like a leaf and seeking my bed before. Can't imagine hot yoga would be any nicer haha!
